Who's making football food today, y'all? A few of us may not give two hoots about the game, but we all care about the fixins.' Right? So, last week we asked our buddy, Howard Hsu, owner of Sweet Auburn BBQ in Atlanta, what they suggest for Super Bowl Party food.

Pulled pork and pimento cheese? Hell to the yeah. Chef uses yeast slider rolls, sweet pickles, smoked pulled pork, and house made pimento cheese melted over the top of the pork. They serve it up with scallions and bbq sauce to taste. Simple, easy, and so good (believe us) you're going to want to make extra.
