One sure way to make change is to empower the work of others. In 2017, we created the Better South Initiative, a fund dedicated to supporting organizations working toward a better South on the front lines in our communities. When you shop in our General Store, 1% of every dollar you spend on merchandise funds our Better South Initiative. Over the years, this initiative has distributed more than $100,000 to incredible organizations making a difference throughout our region. Now when you wear our T-shirts and fly our flags, you’re not only supporting The Bitter Southerner, you’re also contributing to great organizations doing important work throughout the South.
