I’ve signed up as a monthly member before. Do I need to purchase a new membership to be included in the 2023 Membership Drive? 

Nope! All paying, ongoing monthly members of The Bitter Southerner will receive their 2023 package. You can check your membership status and check your shipping information by logging in to the General Store and accessing the “Manage Membership” link in your Account Details.

Can I gift a membership? 

Sure thing! You can purchase a gift membership here. In order to be sure they receive all of their perks, merch, and magazines throughout the year, we’ll need the gift recipient’s name, email, and address at the time of purchase — as well as their shirt size, unless you choose to opt-out of merchandise. Note: We are unable to accommodate requests for gift memberships at other levels. We do not offer monthly gift memberships at this time. Please only purchase gift memberships using the designated “Gift Membership” product linked in the answer above. 

How do I change my monthly membership information?

How do I subscribe to the magazine? 

Members who join us at Level 2 or higher during the 2023 Membership Drive will receive an annual subscription to The Bitter Southerner magazine. Issue No. 5 will come with your membership package and you’ll be the first to get Issue No. 6 in the fall. 

I bought a one-time membership a few months ago. Will I get a membership package? 

If you purchased a membership at Level 3 or higher between December 2022 and March 2023, you will receive a 2023 membership package, including both issues of the magazine.
